Rules & Regulations

Rules are very important for an educational institution. Aloron’s rules have been developed over the years since 2009. The following rules of AISC must be followed by students and parents:

Students must arrive at school before the school time begins.
Late comers will be sent back home.
Every student must pay the fees within the stipulated time. Monthly fees must be paid on or before the 10th day of every month. After 10th, Tk. 50 (as fine) must be paid per week.
Every absence has to be notified in writing to the school.
Taka 25/- fine has to be paid for every day’s absents at the time of paying the tuition fee.
If the student is absent for consecutive two weeks without a valid reason or prior approval from the school, he / she will be struck off roll.
Students must come school wearing school uniform.
Students must bring their diaries to school every day.
Parents should read the diary everyday and sign it when required.
Notices, homework, test dates, syllabus and all communication for parents will be included in the diary.
Parents & students must follow all the notices circulated from time to time.
Parents & students will never use the address of the school for their private and personal correspondence.
Students must carry their drinking water and tiffin with napkin.
Students should never damage any property of the school. In case of accidental damage, the concerned student will compensate the actual loss.
Students must not go to the restricted area. Parents / Guardians should leave the campus after dropping their children.
Students must keep their class rooms and the campus neat and clean.
Usually students must not carry cash. In case of emergency, they will be allowed to carry highest amount of Tk. 50 only.
In case of any change of telephone number and address, parents / guardians should inform the school office immediately.
Students of English Version must converse in English inside the school premises.
Students suffering from contagious of infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend the class.
Students must respect teachers, staffs and all senior of AISC.
No bulling will be allowed in AISC, if anyone is complained about it AISC will take serious step against him/her.
Students must not carry any types of mobile phone, smart watch or electronic device without calculator.
Parents are not allowed to visit classroom, they just can visit admin office only during class time.
No violence will be allowed at school premises.
Carrying unnecessary books or materials are not allowed
Any type of indecent comments about the teachers and students or throwing any object to harm anybody / anything will never be allowed.
